About Dr. Anthony Hart of Hart Family Chiropractic

It is important to him to provide service in the community he loves and calls home-- to the people he or his family have known for many years, as well as new patients.

After learning the most advanced methods of chiropractic care, Dr. Hart graduated from the, respected Northwestern College of Chiropractic as a doctor of chiropractic (D.C.) in April of 1992. Located in Bloomington, Minnesota, the college is known nationally for its outstanding science program and challenges its chiropractic students to a rigorous and in-depth curriculum. A forerunner in learning the newest pain relief and corrective techniques, Dr. Hart spends many of his weekends at seminars. Prior to attending NWCC, Dr. Hart received his prerequisite course work while studying towards a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Minnesota from 1984-1988.

Dr. Anthony Hart is a proud native of Northeast Minneapolis. He attended and graduated from Minneapolis Edison High School where his athletic involvement in football, hockey, and golf became the catalyst for studying chiropractic care.

Early on, he was fascinated by the way muscles, nerves, and the mind communicate together to make the human body function properly. His interest in healing, his synergy with people, and dedication to his hometown area, led to the opening of Hart Family Chiropractic in August of 1993.

Dr. Hart has extensive experience treating patients of all ages. He treated for nearly two years as a contractor with Family Health Trust in Minnetonka. The center is headed by the highly respected Doctor of Chiropractic Kelly J. Sheehan, who has been treating patients since 1980. Dr. Hart also completed an eight-month internship at NWCC.'s St. Paul branch clinic. He has presented outside lectures on health care in Japan, and Minnesota Companies such as Amerus, MSI Insurance, and Curves Women's Exercise Facility.

Patients can be assured that Dr. Hart's techniques are current and incorporate the most recent advancements within the profession. He draws from his extensive knowledge and training in Chiropractic Biophysics, Pettibon, Activator, Gonstead, Applied Kinesiology, Diversified, Sports Injury, Japanese Shiatsu Acupressure, Pressure Point Therapy, Massage, Nutrition, and Pediatrics. He is a member of the Minnesota Chiropractic Associations, and has recently served as President of the Minnesota Chiropractic Association's metro-east division.

Dr. Hart is a faculty member of Northwestern College of Chiropractic as a field instructor in the community based education program. Most importantly, Dr. Hart is a sincere, hard working and ethical individual who puts the needs of his patients first. He is someone whom patients and the community can count on to provide high quality care in a comfortable, supportive environment.
