In CBP technique, "mirror image" adjustive procedures are used as the methods of correcting abnormal 3-dimensional human postures. This is accomplished by stressing the patient's presenting abnormal posture into its mirror image while applying a light force to the area of the atlas vertebra's transverse process, by performing a "toggle" type force to the area of the atlas vertebra's transverse process or by applying a force to the area of the sacroiliac and femur heads on pelvic drop table apparatus.
